Our approach for newborns is very gentle, flexible and relaxed. It is important to point out that we do not use rigid sleep training on newborns, as we respect both baby’s and mom’s needs during this early phase and want to allow them to enjoy their bonding experience. However, by applying the right baseline, we can do a lot to help the young one become a great sleeper and allow you to thrive in these early months with your baby.
